Fall 2026 Lower Campus K-2 Parent-Teacher Conferences

Sign-up information for grades K-2 was sent to parents via email on October 29, 2026.

• A confirmation email containing your conference time will be sent once your conference is scheduled - as long as you enter your email address correctly. 
• If there are no available time slots, please contact your child's teacher directly to schedule a conference at an alternate time.

When signing up for a conference time, select one appointment time per child, per teacher. 2 children with the same teacher = 2 appointments.

• Conference Appointments:
  • Conferences for grades K-2 are 15 minutes each in their classrooms.
  • Conferences for K-2 specials teachers are available in the Gym at the day/time listed below, or by request. 
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, fill out the form again to schedule a new appointment, then notify Karen Szczytko (kszczytko@asagr.org) which appointment should be cancelled so she can restore the cancelled time slot to the form.

We appreciate parents arriving on time and observing the appointment time limit out of respect for the parents whose appointments follow yours. If you need a longer appointment, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a follow up appointment.
