Winter 2026 K-8 Parent-Teacher Conferences

K-8 Sign-up information was sent to parents via email on January 22, 2026.

• A confirmation email containing your conference time will be sent once your conference is scheduled - as long as you enter your email address correctly. 
• If there are no available time slots, please contact your child's teacher directly to schedule a conference at an alternate time.

When signing up for a conference time, select one appointment time per child, per teacher. 2 children with the same teacher = 2 appointments.

• Conference Appointments:
  • Conferences for grades K-4 are 15 minutes each in their classrooms.
  • Conferences for grades 5-8 will be in the Upper Campus Gym. Select one 45 minute time slot - per student - for all 5th-8th grade academic teachers. If you are scheduling for more than one student, complete this form again for each additional child...you may select the same time slot. Please plan for approximately 10 minutes per teacher. 
  • Conferences for K-8 specials teachers are by request. Simply send them an email to request a conference. (See Specials Teachers email links below.)
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, fill out the form again to schedule a new appointment, then notify Karen Szczytko (kszczytko@asagr.org) which appointment should be cancelled so she can restore the cancelled time slot to the form.

We appreciate parents arriving on time and observing the appointment time limit out of respect for the parents whose appointments follow yours. If you need a longer appointment, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a follow up appointment.

With the exception of Señora Zarzecki, please email the teachers below to notify them of your intent to meet with them. Señora Zarzecki will be available for conferences in the Upper Campus Gym on Thursday, February 11, 2026.
