Annual Enrollment Schedule
You may submit an application at any time once it is posted for the new school year. Forms are processed based a variety of criteria, where families from our four founding parishes are given first priority.

New Families During Enrollment Window
Complete the FinalSite Application for the correct school year.
Complete the additional schedule application forms, if applicable.
After we confirm availability, you will receive an email from FinalSite when your enrollment agreement is ready to be signed. Submit all forms and pay the New School Year commitment fee. Upon submitting your enrollment agreement, your child is officially enrolled at ASA.
New Families Outside Of Enrollment Window
- Complete the FinalSite Application for the correct school year.
- Complete the additional schedule application forms, if applicable.
- After we confirm availability, you will receive an email from FinalSite when your enrollment agreement is ready to be signed. If there is not any availability, you will receive an email about our waitlist.
- If enrolling, submit all forms and pay the New School Year commitment fee. Upon submitting your enrollment agreement, your child is officially enrolled at ASA.
Limited Space
Space is limited in Early Childhood (Toddler & Preschool).
Please contact the Lower Campus Office for current availability in your child(ren)'s age group or summer care.
