Family Resources

If your child will be absent all day, arriving late, or leaving early, please report the changes in attendance to the school office, not the teacher. The office will make sure your child's teacher(s) are notified, and pass along any requests or information you wish them to have. If you notify the teacher directly, he or she may not realize the office has been notified, resulting in an unexcused absence and message to you. You may use any of options below to communicate your child's attendance. If you prefer, you may also call the offices:

Google Classroom

Teachers who use a Learning Management System (LMS) with their students use Google Classroom. This allows students to see their assignments and related information online - either at school or at home. Parents can receive daily or weekly email summaries for their students. Teachers will send an invitation to parents at the beginning of the school year, or upon request anytime during the school year. Actual student assignments are only available from the student's Classroom account. Parents who wish to see their student's assignments should ask the student to sign in to Chrome with their ASA email address/password, open Classroom and show their assignments. See instructions below.

Google Classroom Parent Summaries

All Saints Academy uses Google Classroom as a Learning Management System. This allows students to see their assignment and related information online - either at school or at home. Parents do not need to sign in to Google Classroom, but instead will receive an invitation from your child's teacher(s) to receive Guardian Summaries. When you receive this invitation, you can request to receive summaries daily, weekly or not at all.

If parents would like to sign in to your child's Google Classroom, ask your student to sign into their ASA Google account and show you Classroom.

Infinite Campus

This is the student information system. Parent emails are sent via Infinite Campus. If you don't see messages in your email, check your IC inbox or the list of archived parent emails on the communications page. Infinite Campus is also where parents will find their child's attendance, grades, lunch balance and report cards. Lunch payments are also made through Infinite Campus. If you do not already have a portal account, an instructional letter will be sent to you at the beginning of the school year. If you missed this instructional email from kszczytko@asagr.org, please send an email to request one at any time. There is also an Infinite Campus Parent mobile app. The district code is Catholic Diocese of Grand Rapids.
