Fall 2026 Upper Campus Parent-Teacher Conferences
This year Upper Campus conferences for grades 3-8 are a little earlier in the year than the Lower Campus conferences.
Fall conferences at the Upper Campus are:
Wednesday, October 14, 2026, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 20, 2026, 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Lower Campus conferences will take place in early November.
Sign-up information for grades 3-8 was sent to parents via email on September 30, 2026.
- A confirmation email containing your conference time will be sent once your conference is scheduled - as long as you enter your email address correctly.
- If there are no available time slots, please contact your child's teacher directly to schedule a conference at an alternate time.
When signing up for a conference time, select one appointment time per child, per teacher. 2 children with the same teacher = 2 appointments.
- Conference Appointments:
- Conferences for grades K-5 are 15 minutes each in their classrooms.
- Conferences for grades 6-8 will be in the Upper Campus Gym. Select one 45 minute time slot - per student - for all 6th-8th grade academic teachers. If you are scheduling for more than one student, complete this form again for each additional child...you may select the same time slot. Please plan for approximately 10 minutes per teacher.
- Conferences for K-8 specials teachers are available in the Gym at the day/time listed below, or by request.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, fill out the form again to schedule a new appointment, then notify Karen Szczytko (kszczytko@asagr.org) which appointment should be cancelled so she can restore the cancelled time slot to the form.
We appreciate parents arriving on time and observing the appointment time limit out of respect for the parents whose appointments follow yours. If you need a longer appointment, please contact the teacher directly to schedule a follow up appointment.
