Student Supplies Lists

The 2026-2027 school year kicks off with the Ice Cream Social at both campuses on Monday, August 17, 2026, 5:30-6:45 p.m. Please mark your calendars so you can catch up with other school families and friends, meet teachers, visit classrooms, pick up important back to school information, while enjoying some delicious ice cream.

Both campuses have limited hours during the summer. Tap Learn More for full summer schedule for each campus.

In observance of Memorial Day, both the school and child care will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026. Classes and child care will resume Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Thursday, June 4, 2026, is the last day of school for the 2025-2026 school year. As a reminder:

• K-8 dismissal will be at 11:30 a.m. There will be no K-8 child care provided in the afternoon; all students must be picked up at their respective campuses by 11:30 a.m. 
• There is no shuttle bus at the 11:30 a.m. dismissal. 
• ASA will CLOSE at 12:30 p.m. for all toddler and preschool students on Thursday, June 4, as well. All toddler and preschool students must be picked up by 12:30 p.m. 

As was shared in December, the early closure on June 4 allows the ASA staff to gather and celebrate the conclusion of a wonderful school year. 

ASA will be CLOSED on Friday, June 5, 2026 as well, allowing the staff the opportunity to transition the Lower Campus from school year to summer programming.
