On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Drop off all K-8 students at the Lower Campus between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. All students will watch a preview of the ASA musical, Madagascar Jr. Prior to the performance students will work on a joint service project. At 10:30 a.m. all K-8 students will attend school Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church. Students in grades 3-8 will return to the Upper Campus at 11:15 a.m. Students should leave backpacks at school the day before.

Due to Martin Luther King Jr. Day, there will be no school for students in grades Preschool through 8th on Monday, January 20, 2025. Child care will be open for those who sign up ahead of time. All child care students will need to bring snow gear and lunch from home. The lower campus office will be open 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The upper campus office will be closed.
During Christmas Break, 12/23/24-1/3/25 the Upper Campus at 4 Mile office is closed. The Lower Campus at Diamond office is open during break, but closed on observed holidays: 12/24-26/24, 12/31/24 and 1/1/25. Normal office hours resume at both campuses on 1/6/24 when school resumes.

Child Care will be open for those who have made reservations, except on observed holidays, 12/24/24, 12/25/24, 12/26/24, 12/31/24 and 1/1/25. Remember, child care students must bring lunch from home during break. The Upper Campus office will be closed during break, but the lower campus office will be open 9 a.m.-2 p.m., except on the aforementioned observed holidays. School and normal office hours resume 1/6/25.
We are looking forward to All Saints Academy's Christmas Concert, Christmas in the Cradle, on Monday, December 16. The concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. at St. Jude Church. All family and friends are invited to attend. 2nd grade students should arrive at 6:00 p.m. in order to get dressed for the Nativity; all other students should arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. Students are asked to come dressed in their Sunday best. Teachers will be present to direct students. Doors will not be open to the church before 6:00 p.m.
During this season of anticipation, students will be actively preparing their hearts for the coming of Jesus' birthday by participating in a variety of activities to spread hope, love, joy and peace. Please join us for donuts and refreshments Tuesday morning, November 26, in the gym at either campus! Never been to Pastries with Pals? Students are joined by a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or any adult pal, for a donut and refreshment (juice or coffee). Stop in anytime between 7:15-8:15 a.m. at the Lower Campus or 7:30-8:15 a.m. at the Upper Campus. Don’t worry, if there isn't anyone available to attend with your child they will still get a donut, and there will be plenty of pals to sit with. All are welcome to join us for Mass at 8:30 a.m. at both campuses following Pastries with Pals. We need helpers! Please remember there is no school during Thanksgiving break, Wednesday, November 27 through Friday, November 29. Child Care is open on Wednesday, November. 27, but closed Thursday and Friday, November 28-29. Child Care students will need to bring lunch from home on Wednesday. Please sign up on the reservation form by your child’s classroom.
Do you need child care on those unplanned snow days? ASA will remain open to provide child care services on snow days unless travel is unsafe for our families and staff. If your family is currently enrolled in our child care programs (toddler-8th grade) and you need child care on these days, you must complete a snow day registration form.
