In the midst of a pandemic where we cannot gather in large groups due to safety concerns, we knew our traditional fall auction, Eaglefest, and our traditional spring fundraiser, Eat, Pray, Run, were no longer options. Instead, we started looking for a way to remotely gather the ASA community to celebrate what we do and who we are, and to raise a little money for tuition assistance and special classroom projects.
We are excited to announce that our fundraiser this school year will be a night you won't want to miss.
From the comfort of your home, ASA is Marching ONline for a web-a-thon the evening of Saturday, March 13th!

ABOUT
-
A web-a-thon is our online fundraising event. We will be hosting a live show with plenty of entertainment as we ask our friends and family to give to ASA. The evening will be a night of giving and celebration. We will showcase some ASA talent, announce our raffle ticket and online class project auction winners, honor our donors and sponsors, and make some big announcements! Over this hour and a half celebration, you will have plenty of opportunities to give. We encourage you to invite your extended family and friends to join us!

You and your family will be able to watch from the comforts of your home. A live link to the broadcast will be posted on our website and social media accounts the night of. Watch from any internet browser or cast the show from your laptop to your TV and be ready for a night of entertainment and giving! Additional registration and watching information can be found below.

Even though we desire our community to feel united under one event, we understand that large group gatherings are not allowed at this time. Due to these restrictions, we are still marching on in other ways that are safe for everyone.

HOW TO ATTEND & REGISTER

ASA's web-a-thon evening begins when we all click on our live link. This link will go live at 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 13, 2021, 30 minutes before the live show begins. This link will be sent out via email and posted on our website and social media. You, your family, and your friends can join wherever you have a wifi connection!
We encourage you to plan a family meal together and to invite your family and friends in watching the live show. As we celebrate and give together from our homes, anyone and everyone is welcome to attend!

Register for the Web-A-Thon to receive email and text updates:
- Head to our donation & auction site
- Click the "get started" button to the right to register.
- Create an account or log in to an existing account.
- Walk through the registration steps.
- Click the large "Start Biding" button to return to our donation & auction site.
- Once you have an account, you can donate to teacher wishlists & tuition asssitance, purchase gift boxes, and bid on classroom projects.

In order to provide the best educational opportunities for our students, All Saints Academy needs the support of our parishes as well as the local community. Many families, some in our own four parishes, dream of sending their children to All Saints Academy, but are not financially able to do so. You can help make it happen today!

Raffle tickets has been a huge way our school has raised money in the past!
Raffle Ticket Prizes:
Raffle ticket sales will start February 1. Families should return the money and completed top portion of the tickets to either school office, on or before Thursday, March 11. All unsold raffle tickets must also be returned to the school office or your family will be charged the price of the raffle ticket.
The winners of the raffle will be announced Saturday, March 13, live at our ASA Marches ONline Web-A-Thon. Student prizes will be given out the week of March 15.- First Prize: $1,000
- Second Prize: $500
- Third Prize: $250
Buyers are able to purchase raffle tickets online this year! The buyer will be asked for a student name, where they will put the student who sold them the ticket.Incentives for Sellers:
- Top 2 selling families will each receive a $200 Amazon Gift card
- For every ticket sold, the student will be entered into three drawings at the Web-A-Thon to win $50. There will also be four grand prize drawings for each campus for students to win principal of the day or an open gym.
- Families who sell 25 tickets or more will earn a comfy clothes day coupon.
- Families who sell 50 tickets or more will earn the opportunity to throw a pie in the face of the staff member of their choice.
- There will be weekly Friday prize drawings for those who have already turned in their tickets for classroom ice cream/popsicle parties.

While we do not have our traditional Eaglefest auction, we will still be holding an auction for class projects. Bidding will open on March 1st and will close live on our Web-A-Thon on March 13th.
