You may submit the form for your child(ren) at any time once it is posted. Forms are processed as first come first serve.
Space is limited in Early Childhood (Toddler - Preschool).
Please contact the Elementary Office for current availability in your child(ren)'s age group.
Complete the Intent to Enroll Form.
Receive an enrollment packet via email after your intent form has been processed.
This email will arrive from the ASA Elementary Administartive Assistant. See enrollment schedule above for when your intent form will be processed.
There is not an option to save and come back. It should take you between 15-30 minutes to complete.
Submit all forms, create a Smart Tuition account, and pay or schedule the enrollment deposit.
Confirm enrollment: You will receive an enrollment confirmation email to signify the enrollment process is complete and your child is officially enrolled at ASA for the upcoming school year.
Call the Elemenatry School Office at (616)447-2997 to start the enrollment process. If we are able to enroll your child, you will receive a link to the Intent to Enroll Form via email.
