All Saints Academy (ASA) provides many opportunities to help your family make Catholic education affordable and accessible.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about affording All Saints Academy.
Families who are active parishioners at one of our four founding parishes are eligible for tuition discounts. Families must be registered in a parish, contributing regularly and actively participating in liturgy and parish life to be considered "active."
To receive the parish tuition investment and reduce your cost, complete the Parish Investment Form. After completing the Parish Investment Form, your information will be sent to your parish in April for approval by the pastor or his designee. You will be informed by All Saints Academy if your pastor has NOT signed off on your parish investment request. If you are in need of additional tuition assistance, please see the process for requesting finanical aid below.
Only students enrolled in grades K-8 are eligible for multiple child discounts. Early Childhood programs and child care fees are separate, and not eligible for multiple child parish investment.
In addition to the parish support provided by the founding parishes, any parish in the Diocese of Grand Rapids, that does not have a school, will also offer limited support. To receive this investment, complete the Parish Investment Form. The same procedure applies.
The goal of All Saints Academy is to be able to provide a Catholic education for any family that desires it. As a way to alleviate this barrier for those who qualify, ASA has outlined the following steps for parents to apply for financial assistance.
Complete a Smart Aid online application. All financial aid and diocese and parish scholarship awards utilize the Smart Aid database.
You will automatically be considered for the Bishop scholarship if you complete the Smart Aid application.
To request additional funds from your home parish, please complete the Parish Financial Aid Application Form by March 15. You must have completed the Parish Investment Request Form before requesting additional aid.
If you are still in need of additional support, please complete the ASA Financial Aid Application Form by May 1. ASA only considers assistance requests after parish assistance has been requested.
Note: The Bishop Scholarships are awarded on a first come-first serve basis, so the sooner you apply the better.

With a little planning ahead, SCRIP can lead to big tuition savings!
SCRIP is a program where gift cards or gift certificates are purchased and used for the full face value and a percentage of the face value is credited to a specific child’s tuition account. SCRIP can be used at participating grocery stores, gas stations, retail stores, fast food, full service restaurants, etc. Friends and relatives can also purchase SCRIP and apply their proceeds to a specific child’s tuition account.
Here’s how it works: Sign up for the SCRIP program at either Blessed Sacrament (BSTRIP) or St. Alphonsus parishes. Designate the tuition account for the proceeds to be applied. Place an order by the due date, either online or by dropping the order form and payment off. A week later orders can be picked up. If SCRIPNow! is purchased online, SCRIP can be used within 24-48 hours. Use your gift cards or certificates wherever you shop!
Orders Due: Place your order online or drop it off at the Blessed Sacrament, St. Isidore or St. Jude parish offices by 1:00 PM on Mondays.
Order Pick Up: Pick your order up at Blessed Sacrament Conference Room after the weekend Masses or in the church office the following week. You can also pick orders up at the St. Isidore and St. Jude parish offices the following Monday.
Orders Due: Place your order online at or drop it off at the St. Al's Rectory by 8:30 AM Friday.
Order Pick Up: Pick up your order between Noon and 6:00 PM on the following Thursday at the Rectory or during office hours after Thursday.
Sign up by contacting the program director for a registration form:
