All Saints Academy (ASA) provides many opportunities to help your family make Catholic education affordable and accessible.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about affording All Saints Academy.
Families who are active parishioners at one of our four founding parishes are eligible for tuition discounts. Families must be registered in a parish, contributing regularly and actively participating in liturgy and parish life to be considered "active."
We encourage all families to sign up for automatic payments at their parish to ease the regular contribution requirement to be considered "active":

To receive the parish tuition investment and reduce your cost, complete the Parish Investment Form. After completing the Parish Investment Form, your information will be sent to your parish in April for approval by the pastor or his designee. You will be informed by All Saints Academy if your pastor has NOT signed off on your parish investment request. If you are in need of additional tuition assistance, please see the process for requesting finanical aid below.
Only students enrolled in grades K-8 are eligible for multiple child discounts. Early Childhood programs and child care fees are separate, and not eligible for multiple child parish investment.
In addition to the parish support provided by the founding parishes, any parish in the Diocese of Grand Rapids, that does not have a school, will also offer limited support. To receive this investment, complete the Parish Investment Form. The same procedure applies.
The goal of All Saints Academy is to be able to provide a Catholic education for any family that desires it. As a way to alleviate this barrier for those who qualify, ASA has outlined the following steps for parents to apply for financial assistance.
Note: The Bishop Scholarships are awarded on a first come-first serve basis, so the sooner you apply the better.

With a little planning ahead, SCRIP can lead to big tuition savings!
SCRIP is a program where gift cards or gift certificates are purchased and used for the full face value and a percentage of the face value is credited to a specific child’s tuition account. SCRIP can be used at participating grocery stores, gas stations, retail stores, fast food, full service restaurants, etc. Friends and relatives can also purchase SCRIP and apply their credits to a specific child’s tuition account.
Here’s how it works: Sign up for the SCRIP program as described below. The enrollment code for the RaiseRight website is 2BBL4A7A. Designate the ASA tuition account that the credits should be applied to. Place an order by the due date, either online or by dropping the order form and payment off. A week later card orders can be picked up. If SCRIPNow! is purchased online, SCRIP can be used within 24-48 hours. Many of the gift cards can be re-loaded on the Raise Right website, and some are eligble for direct shipment to your home.
Orders Due: Place your order online or drop it off at the Blessed Sacrament parish office or the Lower Campus office by 4:00 PM on Mondays.
Order Pick Up: Pick your order up at the Blessed Sacrament parish office on Friday. You can also pick orders up at the St. Jude parish office or the Upper Campus office the following Monday if you designate that when you sign-up.
Sign up by emailing our Business Manager, Darrell Beckwith, at [email protected] or [email protected]. Darrell will email you a link to the Raise Right website for you to complete registration.
